Materials Required
  • Markers
  • Paper bag (long and slender)
  • Florist's wire
  • String
  • Child safety scissors
  • Tape

Instructions
Use scissors to cut a small round hole in the bottom of the paper bag.

Decorate the bag with brightly colored markers. Form florist's wire into a circle larger than the hole in the bag.

Tape ends of the wire together.

Attach three bridle strings to the wire circle; then tie them together in a knot.

Put wire loop into sack. Pull the bridle string out through the hole in the bag.

Attach the kite-flying string to the bridle-string knot.
